It features heavy gauge aluminum with a stainless-steel base for even heat distribution and durable PTFE nonstick coating for easy food release. The cookware has a sleek design, double-riveted stainless steel handles for a secure grip, and tempered glass lids for easy viewing. It's oven safe up to 500°F (lids up to 350°F) and compatible with all stovetops, including induction. For best care, it's dishwasher safe but hand washing with a soap and sponge is recommended to preserve the nonstick surface. Use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to avoid damage.
