The Garland G36-BRL charbroiler is an excellent choice for preparing burgers, chicken, and more in concession stands, snack bars, or restaurant kitchens. This versatile medium-duty charbroiler features one 15,000 BTU burner for every 6" of grill space, ensuring consistent and intense heat for grilling foods perfectly over its ceramic briquettes. nCrafted with a stainless steel front, sides, and backguard, this 36" charbroiler includes a lift-off grease trough for quick and easy cleaning. The grilling grates can be removed in 6" sections, facilitating burner maintenance and briquette replacement. Each grate is reversible, featuring a broad rounded bar pattern on one side and a fine diamond pattern on the other to accommodate various types of foods. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Garland G series ranges (sold separately) for enhanced productivity and a uniform appearance, this unit can also function as a counter-mount charbroiler with its 4" sanitary legs
