This gas restaurant series range includes a standard size Sunfire oven, spanning 35.45"" (900mm) in width with a 27"" (686mm) deep worktop surface. It features a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4"" (102mm) wide front rail, supported by 6"" (152mm) legs with adjustable feet. The range is equipped with six robust 2-piece 30,000 BTU/h (8.797 kW) (Natural gas) cast open burners set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. Alternatively, it offers the option of a griddle or hot top with cast iron ""H"" style burners, each providing 18,000 BTU/h (5.27 kW) (natural gas), replacing the open burners. The oven is lined with porcelain on the bottom and door, featuring a two-position fixed rack guide with one oven rack included. Its heavy-duty oven door includes a ""keep cool"" handle for safety. The straight steel tube oven burner delivers 33,000 BTU/h (9.67 kW) (natural gas), ensuring quality baking and efficient recovery. The oven thermostat offers a temperature range from Low to 500°F (260°C).
