The GF fryers by Frymaster are renowned for their reliability and durability, featuring the Master Jet burner system for even heat distribution. They offer a large cold zone with a drain valve for sediment removal, ensuring oil quality and facilitating easy cleaning of the frypot and cold zone by hand. These fryers operate with a millivolt temperature control system, requiring no electrical connection, and are constructed with stainless steel for the frypot, front, door, and backsplash, along with aluminized sides. They include two twin baskets, 6" steel legs with casters for mobility, and a 40 lbs. oil capacity, making them versatile and efficient for frying a wide range of foods consistently and with excellent taste.
