The EFI SIST36R is a specialized dish table system featuring separate sections for soil and clean tasks. The soil section includes a 5-inch deep sink bowl with a pre-rinse drain basket and 8-inch center knockouts for standard wall mount faucets (faucets not included). Constructed from 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, the table boasts stainless steel gussets and channels, all TIG welded and blended to a satin finish for a seamless appearance. It is equipped with a 7.5-inch high back splash and a 2-inch return to manage spills effectively. Installation is facilitated by included wall clips, and stability is enhanced by die cast reinforced leg sockets. Each table comes with 2 galvanized legs featuring adjustable ABS bullet feet, making the EFI SIST36R ideal for commercial kitchens where durability, functionality, and easy installation are paramount.
