Overview

This machine efficiently separates seeds, peels, and stringy parts from most fruits and vegetables, making it ideal for preparing sweet tomato sauces, ketchup, vegetable purees, pie fillings, apple sauce, fruit and berry jams, marmalades, and other preserves. Suitable for both home and light commercial use, it features a die-cast aluminum body with epoxy acrylic resin and a nylon brush. The worm is crafted from welded cast iron, while the main gears are made of steel. Equipped with a robust 0.37 HP motor, it can process up to 500 lbs per hour. The unit includes self-lubricating bushings that require no maintenance, and both the feed hopper and bottom tray are constructed from 18/10 stainless steel.
